I had a lovely stay at this resort, with a peaceful river view from our clean room. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and it was easy to enjoy the natural sounds by opening the window. However, the amenities felt a bit basic, and the mattresses could use an upgrade for better comfort. Overall, it was a comfortable getaway, but there are still areas for improvement.

My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. Firstly, despite confirming my reservation, I was given the wrong room, which was disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired as the bedding didn't feel fresh. On the upside, the bathroom was adequately stocked with towels and hot water. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the money spent given the issues.
